Acerca de Rosenmontag's Rave

Rosenmontag, en español vendria siendo como "Lunes de Rosa" o "Lunes Rosado", es la finalizacion de el carnaval Aleman, se celebra el lunes previo al miercoles de ceniza catolico, Rosenmontag se celebra en los paises de germanos entre ellos Alemania, Austria y Suiza.

El evento de Rosenmontags Rave se lleva a cabo en la ciudad de Oberhausen, ya que ahi se encuenntra un gran edificio para eventos masivos conocido como "Sala o nave de Turbinas" en aleman viene siendo "Turbinenhalle" y que pertenece a la empresa AEG de Berlín. Es un edificio diseñado por el arquitecto Peter Behrens (1868-1940), en su momento uno de los edificios fundamentales del pre-modernismo precursor de las ideas de Le Corbusier, Walter Gropius y Mies van der Rohe. 

Construida entre 1909-1910 en el barrio de Berlin-Moabit, la nave de turbinas de la Allgemeine Elektrizitäts-Gessellschaft tiene una planta rectangular tiene 124 metros de longitud y 25 metros de alto y junto al conjunto de trabajos del arquitecto está considerado el primer diseño industrial integral de la historia. 

En 1939 se amplió a 247 metros por los arquitectos Jacob Schallenberg y Paul Schmidt. Behrens no trabajó en la firma sino como consultor artístico, posteriormente fue llamado por Albert Speer pero fue rechazado por Alfred Rosenberg y murió en Berlin en 1940.

Su producción discografica incluye remixes a Dousk, Monaque, Solead, Astronivo, Roger Shah, Ronski Speed, Marc Marberg, Kyau & Albert, Signalrunners, Smart Apes, Martin Roth, Zombie Nation, Love Committee, Members Of Mayday, Pedro Delgardo, Mike Mikjhian entre algunos otros. Su producción personal incluye temas oficiales para el Loveparade, o tracks tocados y listados por algunos de los Dj’s mas importantes del mundo.

En los últimos 8 años Ramiro Puente ha sido parte fundamental de la música electrónica en México, y se ha mantenido dentro de los Dj’s mas importantes de la misma dentro del pais, recorriendo diversos estilos, Ramiro Puente fue durante 5 años el Dj 1 de la escena Trance mexicana, hasta que opto por buscar otras texturas sonoras, durante 5 años consecutivos ha estado dentro del Top 5 de la Mexican DJ List por sus nominaciones a Dj del Año.

A la fecha Ramiro Puente esta orientando su trabajo de productor y su sonido de Dj a un estilo híbrido entre el Tech House, Techno y Progressive House. siendo a principios del 2009 en que comienza una serie de trabajos en conjunto con Karlos Elizondo, para Vapour Recordings, eVapour8 y la disquera propiedad de ambos VapourmeX, como preambulo a el proyecto de presentar un live act entre los dos artistas.

Cosmic Gate on BBC Radio One's Essential Mix!

On Saturday February 12th, Cosmic Gate will be stepping up to the Radio 1 plate and laying down 120 minutes of audio that planet dance will never forget. With their widescreen music fusion, the German act have helped usher in a new era of trance. Now, combined with their intuitive, mixing style, they’ll be bringing it to the most famous mix show of them all…
